If I could give no star, I would, because this place is a scammer. I bought my wife a couple gift cards for her birthday and they advertised $49.99 for massage or facial. She went and got her massage, when she's giving the gift card she was told that she has to sign up for their monthly or yearly membership or else she will pay extra $15. So, she did because she didn't know that they have membership and knowing she's coming back. She's decided to cancel it and pay that extra $15, but they advised her to freeze the membership so when she comes back. They told her that she has until the end of February to cancel the membership so she won't get charged. So, on exactly end of February she did cancel the membership and when she asked if she will get charge they told her another month. She is so upset knowing that she canceled it on time and get charged for a month that knowing she will not be using. SCAM MEMBERSHIP!!!! I hope your business closes for good. I should report you to the Better Business Bureau. Please do not go to this place.
Called to try to book a last minute walk in because I tweaked my back earlier. I know it would be a long shot but didn't expect the girl on the other end in trying to convince me they closed earlier than advertised.
Not sure what all the negativity is for here. I've been a member for 2 years and have never had a bad experience. I've received both Massages and facials and purchased gift cards for my family. Unfortunately people that don't get what they want are the ones that write bad reviews. I highly recommend Hand and Stone Grant ave.
yes, tips is the first thing you hear. Also, if you don't know a therapist, they will schedule the least popular and skillful person, who will spend 15 min of your 45 min hour(!) , playing with sheets and turning something on and off. Also, the front desk ( not all of them, but def. some) are rude . Rude.
