I flew into PA for a 3 day business conference and a friend referred me to Guy's. These guys got me setup with a great bike...Bucks county countryside is AMAZING to ride, and Bob and his team at Guy's were absolutely impressive. Store has good inventories of products. I actually wiped out and laid the bike down in some gravel on one of my early morning rides before meetings and scratched a few components and they were more than fair with me when I went to settle up. Thanks guys!!! Highly recommend this bike shop to others.

I couldnt rate it 0. I bought a bike and ive brought it back like 50 times and each time its worse. I got another bike and the suspension was ceased and i couldnt return it because i didnt buy their retarted expensive warrenty

Brought an older mountain bike there from NJ to get it checked out and see what it would need and they took it back to their 'bike techs" about 10 minutes later a guy brought it out and said it was "road ready" they charged me $15 which they did not tell me it would cost before hand. Got it home and attempted to ride it and the gears do not change or lock into gear even. so basically i paid $15 for them to put air in my tires. I would like to add i spent $100 on other things while there.
