Went for a 5 year old birthday today. Thought it was bowling. Awesome party with laser tag, games and party area. Looked out at the bowling and thought it is such as waste of space since not that many people were doing it. They could make better use of that space with go carts or something. The party host we had was not a high school kid and he did an awesome job. I think his name was Pete, he was great. Only negative thing I could say about the place is it was cold where the entrance doors were, otherwise it is very good and not a typical neighborhood bowling alley where unless you're a member its not too welcoming.
The place LOOKS fantastic. Neon lights, music, arcade and bar. But the bowling lanes were a malfunctioning mess and the staff was not helpful. It's also some of the worst pricing I've seen. Two people, four games each with one shoe rental (I have my own) came to $56. I've done better at other locations taking a family of four for two hours ($41). Also, if you are competitive with your bowling, you may need to bring your own ball. The house balls are terrible and so are the lane conditions.
Today we waited 15 mins to buy tickets even though no one else was in the line. The attendant was busy in the shoe section.

I've been here twice now.
WAY too expensive. Took my 3-year old daughter. Played 1 game and was charged $25! Are you kidding me? It’s a fine enough bowling alley, but nothing about it stands out over others to charge that amount. Very disappointed and will not go back.
My boys love it here. However, they need to get the place more organized. There's multiple games that are usually out-of-service. Nevertheless, we do love it here. I deducted one star because they do not sell pizza
