Very nice place. I've stopped by there a couple of times, for my dad, and they've always been very accommodating. They didn't wow me, but I can't say that they had much of an opportunity. I'd definitely go back.

The service department at Faulkner Mazda is top notch. Everyone there is professional and courteous. It is very easy for me to schedule an appointment for a time convenient to me. If it is a service that can be done in 2-3 hours, for example, I am able to wait for my vehicle in a nice, comfortable lounge with amenities. They get me in and out, and they even wash my car. As well ordering accessories from the parts department has been a breeze. I have been able to do so over the phone and pick up my order with mo problem. While I did not eventually buy my car there, I was impressed with the sales organization while I was looking.
Sales person Jim Fox would not even shake my hand when i did not except his offer. I thought that was just rude.
