I absolutely love this location! I work at the local geico office and have been in and out of rentals every week for almost 3 months straight. Bridget, Kyle, Alyssa and Justin have made such a difficult process simple and easy. When you walk in your always walking into a upbeat smiling office. Even during Friday rush hour you can find them all working hard and smiling. They have picked me up from the office and dropped me back off for weeks. We appreciate all the warm welcomes and everything you have done to make this process smooth for us. Thanks for just being you. I would recommend this location to everyone! Amazing customer service and always clean and well running cars!
Brain dead. I've used Enterprise numerous times and have never had a good experience...from giving me the wrong car that i requested to scheduling dates wrong to not filling out forms correctly, etc., etc.. And no one wants to own up to their errors. The next time i need a rental i will definitely be using a different company.
I've had nothing less than outstanding service at the location on Bustleton Pike. There are always vehicles available. They also have a decent inventory of newer vehicles. I get picked up on time when needed. The entire staff is friendly and professional. It's evident that they are trying to retain their customers by ensuring they provide great service. I even got a call after returning a vehicle, basically checking if I was satisfied. "Great Customer Service"
