My 3 year old had a haircut by Jess, she has white blonde short hair. Very very bad haircut, she gave him a bold spot on the side. And she had the nerve to tell me he had a bold spot and that she didn't do it!!! I told her not to cut his hair short with scissors, she cut it VERY short. I told the manager, she didn't even care. She told the stylist "its ok, don't worry about it". What kind of customer service is that???? This is my second time leaving with a bad haircut, first my daughter, then my son. Never ever I'll come here again and i will tell everyone I meet how bad this hair cuttery is!!!
The guy name David is an absolutely stupid person... very rude and doesnt know how to treat customers. When I gave him a small tip he gave me a very weird look. He absolutely did a terrible job. I told him gazzilion times to use scissors and he would picked up the clippers. He needs to be fired... poor job!!!
Dyed my hair so white it was purple and didn't dye it the way I asked and didn't cut off all my split ends. Refund!!!!!!!!!
I was there with my son and Jess took my sons hair did a bad hair cut after i left the place washed hos hair saw a bad hair cut i would not recomend that place at all of it was -10 i would give it to them
My friend reccomended me "cheap" blow dry and I went there about a month ago. Girl did a great job and the charge was $17 - good deal indeed. 2nd time I came for a quick blow dry they charged me $27. I said that it was not the price I paid and my friend is paying (she has long hair). They said that my hair are long and they charge extra $10. I have a very thin hair and it is really doesn't take long to blow dry them. I think that should be discussed before providing service. I was pretty upset paying $30 for a 20 min average blowdry. They got extra $10 but lost a client. this is too much for "walk in" hair cuttery.
