Totally normal experience, had a skirt hemmed and fitted, dress liner hemmed, and slacks hemmed. All were fine. They confirm costs with you when you drop off, give you a ticket for pick up, and took about a week to complete, on time. They even removed stains for me free of charge! I went back and got a jacket tailored and more skirts taken in - nothing wrong with this place. Plus they're next to Woks cooking, go get an egg roll and be happy. Price is a bit higher than other cleaners (even more than carriage).
