THIS COMPANY IS VERY UNTRUSTWORTHY. THEY LIE TO YOU. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEY SEND NOTHING. DONT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM. THEY DONT CALL YOU BACK THERES NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL NO ANSWERING THE PHONE NO RESPONSE TO EMAILS. CALLING MY BANK IN THE MORNING AND CONTACTING THE ATTY GENERAL ON THEM. Wish I could give 0 stars, avoid this company, like stated by other users took forever to ship my package and when they did they downgraded me to First Class (when I PAID FOR PRIORITY). Dont bother emailing as they don't respond, tried via phone and had them answer once and was told it would ship the next day, but it never did. Don't waste your time with them (Companion Caterers)
Absolutely terrible- the worst ecommerce experience I have ever had. Ordered on September 27th. No order confirmation, nothing in "my accounts", no replies to phone messages and emails. They did instantly charge my paypal. The item was supposed to be in stock. Out of the blue, I get a shipping confirmation on October 17th. Zero, non existent customer service.
I am extremely angry that I still haven't received my order of ferret food, which was ordered on January 8th, shipped out on January 10th, and as of 11:17pm on January 30th, my order still hasn't gotten here. Why can they not provide tracking details? One would think in this modern day society, that ordering over 2 weeks in advance for my ferrets' food would provide enough time before I ran out and had to go to the local pet store to spend the extra money. Deadline is tomorrow at 8 pm for the shipping, but who knows? Will it get here or not? And why would anyone expect 23 DAYS FOR ANY ORDER TO GET HERE!!! I can get just about anything from China, the UK, or anywhere else in the world, in 2 weeks or less. This is unacceptable! There is no way to verify at this particular point that it will ever get here b/c it cannot be tracked. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!
Not only do they have poor customer service - they have no customer service. I placed an order through another company for several items - one of which was shipped by Companion Caterers. Unfortunately the company shipped to my billing address instead of my shipping address. I tried contacting Companion Caterers immediately to advise them. It would have cost $5 to redirect the shipment before it was delivered. Anyways although I emailed them 3 times, I have never heard from them until after it was returned as undeliverable. They then emailed me to tell me to pick it up. I am in Canada and the parcel is in Texas. They finally told the original company that they would refund me and they did - 75%. In future, I will make sure I am not dealing with this company again.
