Called these guys to ask about material samples for a class project and the man that answered the phone was extremely rude. Granted , I should have called a different business as they are not specifically an exhibits company, and they do not typically give out samples, however the man on the phone could have been much nicer and understanding considering I am a student, have no experience with this sort of task, and was very polite to him. He was very condescending and even hung up on me. I hardly ever write business reviews, and the only times I have have been for positive experiences, but this man was so rude I had to send this.
