The streets are dirty and run down looking. There was praphanelia on the sidewalk and stray cats running around. This place has gone completely downhill....
Quiet community near very active shopping centers
Well since the last review was 2 years ago things have changed for the better! When older mobiles are removed new model mobiles and manufactured homes are put in place! I have been here 6 months and find my neighbors friendly and helpful! The area is very quiet even though there are families and over 55 residents! it is located near Neshaminy Mall and any store you could possibly want, plus easy access to the Blvd and I 95.
