Alas. Loved the massage therapists at my location and most of the staff, but dear God, the membership billing (theirs? corporate?) so mismanaged that I've quit in frustration after 4 calls and a visit trying to clear things up. I'd shy away and get treatments elsewhere as you need them. The $20 add on cost for a therapist to do her best felt dodgy as well. I was a member in another location for years, and had no problems. Something has changed in corporate is my guess.
This Company should be under investigation by FBI for credit card fraud, Theft by deception first degree, wire fraud,and more . I never meet so non professional, laying and rude people and management whose business is base on tricking people to purchasing membership they are laying and providing wrong information... please stay a way from this establishment
My wife and I planned a massage together for our birthday at the Clermont, Florida location. We have three younger children and had to make arrangements for them to be watched. I week ahead of time I scheduled our appointments at 9:00am. After leaving our children we showed up at 9:00am for our appointment to only be turned away because, they accidentally booked us for a 9:00pm appointment. So we excepted their apologies and scheduled a 7:00pm for the same day. An hour before our appointment I received a phone call and was cancelled on. This also threw off our other scheduled appointments that we had planned though the day! Twice in one day, my wife and my B-Day to ourselves and left my children twice in one day to be cancelled on?? Not once but, twice?? I will never ever go here nor will I recommend them to any one!!!! Very bad service. I will be booking our future message at an independent message therapist. I just feel as if our entire day revolved around a message that never happened. A BIG thumbs down!!!!!
Horrible experience. Didn't appreciate the hard sell tactics that the Feasterville, PA location uses. They tried to charge me extra for my massage after I gave them my gift card. Then they cheated me out of 20 minutes. When I complained they gave me a complimentary facial but made me wait 25 minutes. What's the point in scheduling an appointment if they make you wait?? Today I went in to purchase a gift card and again with them trying to sell me numerous packages. Buyer beware. Do not waste your money on this place. Also, I've been waiting over a year for the owner/manager to respond to my online complaints. I'm not holding my breath.
I am actually so surprised to see all of these negative reviews. I have had nothing but an amazing experience at all of the Hand and Stone locations I have been to! I'm a member and found it super easy to freeze my account and adjust my payments dates. I love this place!
