I am so impressed! This is a little unusual but it was Christmas Eve and all the grocery stores were closed. I desperately needed lemons for our Christmas eve dinner. I decided to go into Red Robin and ask if they might have some for me to buy. The manager and staff were so kind and helpful. The hostess immediately went to give the manager my odd request and she came out with a whole bag of lemons! I tried to pay for them but she said, "No please, have a Merry Christmas." She said, "Just one question, what do you need these for?" I said, "Schnitzel." She smiled and said she knew it. I gave her a hug and went to our dinner. Just a great experience that I had to share! If they take that good care of someone who isn't eating there, imagine how great they are to those that are coming to eat!
We've been going here for years and plan to keep doing so. Have never had a bad experience.
I'd give this place no stars if I was able to. The service was just fine, but the food was beyond terrible. It was like the the grim reaper was in the kitchen cooking your burgers on hellfire. The burgers were so charred, one bite and that's all you tasted for the rest of the day. No matter what you ate afterwards. And the fries were fried into crunchy potato sticks. Idk who did the cooking for them but they'd be a great cook... in hell.
Very good burger chain if you love burgers definitely should try it out. I go here with my family to eat probably once every month and there is usually no wait to be seated. They have great variety of burgers to choose from. You can also customize it the way you want it. They also have lettuce wrap if you do not want to eat the buns! They have bottomless(unlimited) fries as well. Service is great, they always come back and ask if we want some more fries or drinks. Definitely recommend family or big groups who loves burgers and unlimited fries!
Their slogan is "Red Robin: Yum!" And there's no doubt about it. The food was excellent. The service was fast, friendly, and helpful. The portion sizes were right on par. And the prices were reasonable.
