2 out of 4 pillow cases were dirty. Drinking glasses and mugs were dirty. Bed backboard has mysterious splatter stains. Only 2 of the 3 light bulbs in the bathroom lit up. Shower/tub is missing a large chunk of ceramic, and to top it all off, you only get about 6 channels, and they’re local to Baltimore, not Philly.

The staff is great, very friendly and helpful. I'm not sure what all the negative reviews are from. The building is alittle old and dated, but my room was nice.
I had a horrible experience in this hotel today. I reserved a room for 2 nights, then when I was leaving my room I told at reception to only clean a restroom area and everything else to leave the way it is. Later in a day when I came in, I saw that all my food and few of my belonging were gone which was worth 300$. I went down to reception and asked who was cleaning my room and where did my belongings went, on which I got no answer and the guy behind the counter told me that I need to talk to a manager and she will only come the next morning. I waited and then the next day (today) I explained the situation to manager, she told me that she will try her best to find my iPhone charger and few other things that was stolen and will call be back in one hour. This never happened, she never called me back, I believe her name is Sara. I would recommend to future guests, lock all your expensive items in a safe, if you not then most likely it will be stolen. It happened to me the second time already, The first time I didn't say anything because it wasn't anything expensive for me, but it happened again, it is unacceptable. Will never visit this hotel again. Manager is not willing to solve a problem and I have no idea from where they are hiring a cleaning crew. Horrible experience. DO NOT recommend this place to anyone.
I’m here on business and can’t wait to tell my employer about what a safe, convenient and clean stay this was! Yuck. :(((
I am an ex employee this place is a DUMP!! HEY MANAGER IF THAT. IS WHAT U SHOULD EVEN BE CALLED. How about telling my customers the real reason i am no longer there...I GOT SCREWED OVER IN EVERY WAY IMAGINABLE!! MY HARD WORK WAS COMPLETELY UN APPRECIATED!! ANYONE EVEN CONTEMPLATING STAYONG THERE STAY AT HOLIDAY INN UP THE STREET
They are short a few door knobs.
There were large shards of broken glass on the floor of the bathroom. When I called the front desk about it, they were not concerned at all and just said they’d send housekeeping up. Yikes.
This is the second time I have stayed here with the family. The hotel is clean and comfortable. I have been very happy with the helpful staff. The beds and pillows are amazing.
